The initiative „United for Ukraine“ aims to bring together Ukrainian refugees who have sought refuge in Austria and the local Austrian community, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support. Through a variety of cultural events and activities, including workshops, festivals, and shared meals, the initiative seeks to promote deeper integration, enhanced understanding, and lasting solidarity between these two communities. This collaborative approach is essential in helping to bridge cultural gaps and ensure that refugees feel welcomed and valued in their new environment.
Additionally, „United for Ukraine“ supports the labor market initiative „UkrJobs“, which plays a crucial role in connecting Ukrainian refugees in Austria with employment opportunities that suit their skills and aspirations, thereby enabling them to contribute to the economy and achieve personal independence while building new lives in a foreign country.
Social mission
The initiative „United for Ukraine“ seeks to promote a message of unity, compassion, and solidarity between people from different backgrounds and to build stronger, more inclusive communities in Austria and beyond.
We support the labor market initiative „UkrJobs“ to help Ukrainians in Austria to find working places.
Charity concert
All donations collected during the event will be used to support aid projects in Ukraine through the Austrian non-profit organization „Neighbour in Need.“ This makes attending the event not only a fun and enjoyable experience, but also a meaningful way to help those in need.

Partnership
The event has received high-level support and will be held under the patronage of the Austrian President, the Austrian government, and the City of Vienna. This is a strong indication of the importance and significance of the event for both the Austrian and Ukrainian communities.
According to the latest information, the „United for Ukraine“ event is scheduled to take place on February 21th, 2025 , at 17:30, in the Marx Halle, one of the largest concert halls in Austria and can accommodate up to 8,000 guests.

Основні правила для події
„United for Ukraine“
Загальні положення
- Правила діють на території Marx Halle Wien, де проходитиме подія.
- Всі відвідувачі зобов’язані дотримуватись правил, інакше їм може бути відмовлено у вході.
Контроль доступу та безпека
- Вхід може вимагати перевірку документів.
- Охорона має право перевіряти сумки, одяг та особисті речі на наявність заборонених предметів.
- Особи під впливом алкоголю або з небезпечними предметами не будуть допущені.
Обмеження за віком
- Дітям до 7 років вхід заборонений, навіть у супроводі дорослих.
- Після 22:00 неповнолітнім перебування заборонено.
Заборонені предмети
Вхід із наступними предметами не дозволяється:
- Будь-яка зброя або предмети, що можуть використовуватись як зброя.
- Піротехніка, феєрверки, димові шашки.
- Лазерні указки, гучні звукові пристрої (мегафони, свистки).
- Напої та ємності зі скла, металу, жорсткого пластику.
- Великі сумки, рюкзаки, валізи.
- Ворожа, расистська або політична пропаганда.
Домашні тварини та транспорт
- Вхід із тваринами заборонений, окрім собаки-поводиря (з необхідним спорядженням).
- Велосипеди, самокати, скейтборди заборонені в межах події та можуть бути прибрані за рахунок власника.
Поведінка під час заходу
- Заборонено створювати небезпеку, пошкоджувати майно або заважати іншим гостям.
- Куріння та вейпінг дозволені лише у спеціально відведених місцях.
- Сміття потрібно викидати в урни, а багаторазові стакани здавати назад в обмін на депозит.
У разі надзвичайної ситуації
- Негайно повідомити охорону або рятувальні служби (пожежна служба – 122, поліція – 133, швидка допомога – 144).
- Дотримуватись інструкцій охорони, поліції та організаторів.
Відповідальність за порушення правил
- Порушення правил може призвести до видалення з території заходу.
- Поліція може накласти штраф за порушення розпоряджень.
Фото- та відеозйомка
- На події можуть проводитися фото- та відеозйомка для ЗМІ та організаторів.
